摘要 通过对我国南水北调目前几个方案的对比分析 ,提出解决我国华北缺水问题的南水北调的优化方案及其便捷的路线 :即通过黄、海河跨流域调水 ,以北方的水资源供应华北 ,以南方的水资源作补偿黄河。使黄河成为“H”状的永不断流的清水河。从水文特征、工程特征、生态与风险。 Through comparison and analysis of several South to North Water transfer plans, the optimal and convenient route to solve the water shortage in North China is put forward, that is, North needed water is supplied by northern water source through transferring water from the Yellow River valley to Hai River, and Southern water supply compensates the Yellow River. The conclusion is drawn through comprehensive evaluation from the aspects of water regime, engineering characteristics, ecological environment, risk, social and economic benefits, etc.
