在加有不同种类激素的 MS培养基上离体培养元江芦荟继代芽 ,研究激素对元江芦荟不定芽增殖的影响。结果表明 ,不同质量浓度和种类的激素对元江芦荟不定芽增殖及芽的分化和生长质量影响很大 ,最理想的培养基为 :MS+ 3%蔗糖 + 6- BA2 mg· L- 1+ KT2 mg· L- 1,增殖倍数达 1 2 .87。

Aloe yuanjiang ensis Xiong and Zhang was cultured on MS medium by adding different hormones. The results showed the quantity and growing situation of Aloe were obvious influenced by different density of hormone.The best medium to multiply Aloe in tube is MS +3% sucrose+6 BA 2 mg·L -1 +KT 2 mg·L -1 .The number of buttons was multiplied 12.87 times every thirty days.
