摘要
以双氧水作为氧给予体 ,醋酸或甲酸作为活性氧载体 ,一步环氧化法实现鱼油的环氧化 ,考察了反应条件对鱼油环氧化的影响 .结果表明 :阳离子交换树脂催化效果优于硫酸 ;适当提高树脂用量或反应温度 ,可加快反应速度 ;使用醋酸作为活性氧载体比用甲酸好 ;在适宜的反应条件下 ,环氧鱼油的环氧值达到4.5 %以上 .
The one step epoxidation of fish oil with hydrogen peroxide as oxygen donor and methane acid or glacial acetic acid as active oxygen carrier is studied, and the effect of reaction conditions on the epoxidation is examined. The results show catalytic activity of cation exchange resin is higher than that of sulfuric acid; proper increase in the dosage of resin or reaction temperature can improve reaction rate; glacial acetic acid is better than methane acid as oxygen carrier; therefore under the proper reaction conditions, the epoxide number of epoxide fish oil can be above 4 5%.
