摘要
分析了福州市商品房价格与城市住宅用地的价格组成 ,从基准地价和宗地地价分析了影响城市住宅用地价格的因素 ,探讨房价与地价的关系 。
The price of commodity houses and the land price in Fuzhou city is analysed, analyses the interfering factors on the price of house land based on the base land price and concrete land price, probes into the relation between the house price and land price, raises the suggestions about how to enhance the utilization level of the house land in Fuzhou city.
