摘要
正交试验及回归分析表明 ,在湘钢烧结原料条件下 ,随印度矿配比增加 ,各项烧结指标均有不同程度降低。但适当调整工艺参数 ,如提高混合料水分和焦粉用量、调整生石灰用量等 。
Through the orthogonal design test and the regression analysis, the result show that under the condition of Xianggang sintering raw material, as increasing the proportion of Indian iron ore fines ,all sintering technico economic indeces were worsened more or less, but after adjusting some process parameters, such as the mix moisture, the cok addition and burnt lime addition etc , the satisfactory sintering indeces can still be obtained
