摘要
依据区域氯气事故调查的实例研究,求得在不同气象条件下,氯气事故发生的概率。再选择瞬时高架点源烟团扩散模式,对化工厂液氯贮槽爆炸事故对周围环境的影响范围及程度,进行预测。
In this paper, according to the theory of probability, regional accident records and case studied environmental impact of chlorine tanks explosive accident has been analyzed. Under various meteo rological conditions, based on instantaneous point-source model, the probability and extent of environmental impacts have been predicted.
