摘要
分析了高强度 (Q345 )热轧H型钢的特殊性能要求 ,论述了新产品化学成分优化设计思路 ,介绍了新产品生产的工艺流程 ,采用了各种先进技术提高产品的实物质量 ,探讨了解决高强度与良好塑韧性相矛盾的对策、铌微合金化的机理、新产品焊接性。
Special requirements for the properties of high strength (Q345) hot rolled H-section are analyzed, a new design concept of optimization of chemical composition of new products discussed and the operation process of new products introduced in this paper. The quality of products is improved by the use of various advanced technologies. Some problems are discussed later, such as some solutions to contradiction between high strength and good ductility as well as toughness, mechanism of minor Nb alloying, weldability of new products, the relationship between profiled blank and quality of H-section, etc.
