含锌废渣中回收硫酸锌的研究

摘要 以化纤厂含锌废料为对象,在硫酸体系中,采用溶剂萃取法分离杂质铁,使硫酸锌得以重新利用。讨论了温度、萃取剂浓度,酸度和接触时间等因素对萃取和反萃取的影响,从而确定了最佳工艺条件,并提出了建议工艺流程。 The process of removing ferric iron from slag containing zinc has been studied. The result showed that ferric iron (Fe^(3+)) could be effectively separated from, zinc sulphate solution, and the rest could be reused in industry. The effects of temperature, solution acidity, phase ratio and concentration of organic phase and sulfuric acid on extraction and stripping have been discussed. On this basis, the best process conditions and proposed process were given.
