摘要
通过采用力学性能分析、化学分析和金相分析等方法 ,着重对原材料质量、拉丝工艺流程、热处理工艺参数及生产过程中的各个环节进行调查分析 ,认为 2 .8mm的热处理钢丝脆断的主要原因是由于司炉工质量意识薄弱 ,责任心不强 ,洒水过量 ,使得出炉钢丝淬热水而得到了非铅淬火组织 ,从而造成钢丝脆断。
To investigate and analyze the quality of raw materials,the process of wire drawing,the parameters of heat treatment and various links in the production chain by means of mechanical property and chemical analysis and metallographic examination.The result shows that the main cause for brittle fracture of 2.8?mm heat treated steel wire is due to non patenting microstructure existing in the steel wire whose appearance is because of spraying overly water on the wire in the course of heat treatment by irresponsible operators.
