摘要
CJY测量仪采用CCD线性图像传感器和单片机处理系统 ,实现拉丝机上冷拔钢丝直径 (x,y两个垂直的方向 )的动态、非接触、在线测量 ,起到提高生产效率和降低废品率的作用。
By using linear image sensor and chip microprocessors system,the CJY measurement instrument can realize dynamic non contact drawing steel wire diameter measurement in line on drawing machine,which can play a part in raising production efficiency and reducing reject rate.
