文章结合办刊实践阐述了科技期刊定位、选题的目的意义以及操作方法。对现实中存在的问题进行了分析 。
This article, combined with periodical-making practice, describes the purpose of the positioning and title selecting of scien-tech periodicals as well as its operational methods. It analyses the existing problems and puts forward measures to deal with them.
