摘要
江西贵溪冶炼厂硫酸车间利用熔炼车间闪速炉、转炉的冶炼烟气生产硫酸。正常生产期间产出的均是合格的优等成品硫酸 ,但在每次年修期间会产出透明度达不了标的硫酸。本文结合生产实践 ,浅析了老系统污酸产生的原因 。
In the sulfuric acid plant of Jiangxi Copper Company Guixi Smelter, sulfuric acid is made using smelting fume from the flash furnace and the convertor. During normal production the produced sulfuric acid is qualified. But during every annual repair there is unqualified sulfuric acid. Combining production practice, the article analyses the reason of polluted acid in the old system and advances the measure to decrease the output of polluted acid.
