摘要
针对当前大学生中择业心理的分析 ,指出不正常就业心理的危害 ,查找原因 ,并采取相应的措施进行毕业生就业前的指导和教育 。
The paper makes analysis of career-choosing mentality of college students,points out the drawbacks with abnormal viewpoints on employment-seeking and lists both reasons for them and some countermeasures such as proper guidance and instruction given to graduates before their job-taking so as to relieve their mind of contradiction.
