摘要
目前市场上锌 -铝 -稀土合金镀层钢丝种类繁多 ,成分不易辨别。依据锌 - 5 %铝 -稀土合金在各种锌 -铝 -稀土合金中熔点最低的特性 ,通过对比试验找出一种温度测试法 ,即将镀锌钢丝和锌 - 5 %铝 -稀土合金镀层钢丝放入已预加热至 3 90℃的电阻炉内加热 2 0min后观察钢丝表面 ,纯锌镀层钢丝表面平整但粗糙 ,呈黑灰色 ,镀层未熔化 ;锌 - 5 %铝 -稀土合金镀层钢丝表面全部呈现龟裂 ,镀层已熔化。利用这种方法能目测鉴别钢丝镀层种类。且对于经双镀法生产的锌 - 5 %铝 -稀土合金镀层钢丝 ,可根据加热至 3 90℃保温 1~ 2h后流离钢丝基体的合金质量占镀层质量的比值评判镀层的优劣。
