摘要
对国产与进口矿用钢丝绳同等使用条件下的使用寿命进行对比 ,并对其力学性能进行检测 ,结果显示国产矿用钢丝绳使用寿命短、力学性能波动大 ,捻制不均匀。对钢丝绳生产企业提高产品质量 ,赶超世界先进水平提出了建议。
To compare the service life of wire rope for coal mine made in China with that of imported under the same serve conditions,and to examine the mechanical properties of the rope.The results show that the service life of wire rope for mine made in China is short,the fluctuation of mechanical property is large,the lay is uneven.The suggestions how to raise the product quality of wire rope production enterprise and how to catch up with and surpass the world's advanced levels are put forward.
