摘要
采用数字式智能调节仪作为燃油镀锌炉锌温的主控元件 ,以PID调节方式运行 ,使锌温十分精确地逼近设定值 ,控制精度大为提高。所需控制元件少 ,故障率低。可大大节约能源 ,降低镀锌成本。
Using digital intellectual accommodate instrument as main control component of oil burning furnace for galvanizing,running in PID control mode,the zinc temperature approaches to setting value exactly and control precision is improved greatly.The method needs fewer control component and has lower fault rate,can save energy and cut galvanizing cost down.
