热镀锌锅加热部位对镀锌钢丝质量的影响

摘要 钢制燃煤热镀锌锅采用侧壁上 2 3部位为主加热区 ,锌锅受热面积大 ,锌液温度波动小 ,减少锌渣生成和避免锅底部锌渣泛起 ,同时采取内外涂层等技术措施 ,可达到镀锌钢丝质量好、成本低的效果。如采用锌锅底部为主加热区 ,尽管有一些优点 ,却会生产出低质量的镀锌钢丝。 The upper two thirds part of the side wall of coal burning galvanizing by dipping pot made of steel is taken as the main heating zone.The pot's area of heat perception is large and the temperature fluctuation of Zn liquid is small,which may cause the reduction of Zn dregs and may avoid Zn dregs floating from the bottom of pot.Meanwhile some technological measures such as inside and outside coating are adopted,which can achive the effects of good quality and low cost of galvanized steel wire.If the bottom of pot is taken as the main heating zone,though it has some advantages,the quality of galvanized steel wire may be bad.
