摘要
探讨了影响矿热电炉石墨电极消耗的因素,提出了降低消耗的方法,并在西北某厂三电极圆形炼锌矿热电炉操作实践中,通过改进加料方法,电极单耗由14kg/t料降到8kg/t料。
This paper explored on influnce factor of graphitized electrode in Smelting furnace,Some lower Consumption methods have been put forward. A certain plant in northwest ,a three electrodes cylindrical Zinc Smelting electric furnace practice that, based on improving Chavge method ,electrod unit Consvmption form14kg/t decreased to 8 kg/c.
