氧化铝熟料烧结过程节能途径

摘要 本文针对中国长城铝业公司的能耗状况,采用计算机程序编制1#、3#熟料窑能量平衡表,并在此基础上计算各种因素对熟料烧结过程能耗的影响。通过分析、计算、关系曲线,并结合生产实际,得出结论,降低生料浆水分、稳定熟料窑热工制度、采用新型燃烧器、改进喂料系统、加强窑体保温等措施是提高熟料窑产能、降低能耗的根本途径。 This paper was directed against the China Great-wall Aluminium Industry Co. ' s energy Cosumption, applied Computer programme design 1# ,3# Curing kiln energy balance, based on calculated the influence of the factors for curing Sinter process energy Consumption. On the basis of analgsing,Calculated,relation Curve and Combined with production practice,obtained the Condsion,decreasing Water of cruole pulp,stable Curing kiln thermosystem, applied new mode burner, improving feed system and strengthened Kiln body insulation to increase curing kiln productivity , those were the way of lower energy Consvmption
