摘要
论述了我国氧化铝工业中铝矿石破碎粉磨工艺改造的重要性 ,给出了传统磨机和破碎机对有效功的利用率 ,指出了传统磨机与给料粒度之间的关系 ,举例定量计算了多破少磨的节能效果 ,并给出了多破少磨节能效果的计算方法 ,给出两套方案 ,说明采取“多破少磨”
The paper describes the importance of retrofitting bauxite crushing and grinding process in China′s alumina industry,indicating the availability of active power by conventional mill and crusher and the relationship betreen conventional mill and particle size of feeding material.It also calculates the saving energy effects with examples of more crushing and less grinding and states the method of calculation.
