试论中共湖州地方组织诞生的历史条件

On Historical Prerequisites for the Foundationof the Local Organization of the CPC in Huzhou Area

192 7年 4月下旬 ,中共湖州支部在全国革命已处于低潮的情况下建立。中共湖州支部之所以在这个时候建立 ,有其客观的历史条件 :湖州工人阶级的产生、发展形成了中国共产党在湖州地区建立地方组织的阶级基础 ;新式知识分子群的出现 ,为中国共产党在湖州地区建立地方组织准备了潜在的干部条件 ;革命刊物的流入 ,本籍在外工作共产党人在探亲期间的宣传 ,尤其是北伐军途经湖州地区的鼓动 ,为中国共产党在湖州地区建立地方组织作了思想上的准备 ;“四·一二”政变使湖州地区部分国民党左派及进步青年因对国民党失望而倾向共产党 ,这为中国共产党在湖州地区建立地方组织提供了契机 ;中共江浙区委和杭州地委的重视加速了中共湖州地方组织的建立。

In the last period of April, 1927, the Huzhou CPC branch was set up when the national revolution was at a low ebb. However, the objective historical prerequisites for the establishment of the Huzhou CPC branch at such a time could be summarized as follows: firstly, the emergence and development of the Huzhou working class laid the class foundation for the founding of the local organization of the CPC in Huzhou area; secondly, the arising of new-type intellectuals provided a potential prerequiste of officials for the founding of the local organization of the CPC in Huzhou area; thirdly, the ideological work promoted the founding of the local organization of the CPC in Huzhou area with the introduction of revolutionary journals and the dissemination work done by the Party members when they visited their families as they did not work in Huzhou, in particular, the encouragement given by the Northern Expeditionary Army by way of Huzhou area; fourthly, in Huzhou area, the disappointment in the Kuomintang evoked by the coup of Jiang Jieshi on the 12th April, 1927 made some KMT members of the Left and certain progressive youths turn to the CPC. Therefore, it was an appropriate juncture for the founding of the local organization of the CPC in Huzhou area. Finally, much attention paid by the Jiangzhe district Party committee and Hangzhou prefectual Party committee accelerated the founding of the local organization of the CPC in Huzhou area.
