通过分析电信运营商提供IP电话业务的用户接入方式 ,指出其存在的问题。在国内首次采用新技术、新产品接入IP电话 。

Through analysis,we recommend the user access way of IP telephony and point out the questions existed in this area. For the first time, we adopt the SCDMA technology in IP Dedicated Line Access Service. New products using this technology have been made out, resulting in economic and social benefit.
