摘要
以一个标准齿轮减速器体积 (中心距 )最小为优化目标的优化模型 ,描述一种改进遗传算法的实现 ,并将之应用于两级圆柱齿轮传动的优化设计。其优化结果与单纯形的比较表明 ,遗传算法更能脱离局部解而取得更优解 。
To globally optimize the gear driven moderator with six variables, which is a multi modal function optimization problem, this paper described a general optimization model and used an improved genetic algorithm to solve the problem. The algorithm successfully obtained more optimal results in comparison with the traditional simplex method. It shows that the algorithm can avoid being trapped into local optimum.
