摘要
介绍了神东矿区建立大功率机电一体化长壁工作面和短壁开采相结合的高效开采体系、以连续采煤机为主的煤巷掘进与锚杆支护相结合的快速掘进保障系统以及运煤胶带连续化和辅助运输无轨胶轮化的可靠保障和安全监测自动化系统 ,保证了高产高效矿井的成功实施 ,实现了一井一面年产 92 0 .6万t,其成功经验为中国煤炭工业的发展起到了率先示范作用。
The strategy of technique pioneering are introduced in the paper.The high output and high efficiency mines have been practiced by the efficiency mining system of longwall and shortwall mining with the complete set of high power and integral electric mechanic eguipment,and by rapid excavation guarantee system which is achieved by using continuous miner to excavate coal entries and bolting supports,and by the belt conveyor continuous haulage system and rubber tired locomotive auxiliary haulage system,and by the automatic safety monitoring system.The successful experiment attained annual coal output of 9.206 Mt may play a leading and exemplary role for the development of China's coal mining industry.
