摘要
结合柠檬酸生产的特点 ,对中和废水中限制发酵的主要因素进行仔细研究。结果表明 ,中和废水经过 pH值调节、活性炭吸附后 ,可以直接回用于发酵。这既减少了污染 ,又节约了水资源 。
Combining with the characteristic of citric acid production,this paper sudies carefully the main factors in neutralized wastewater which restrict citric acid production.The result indicates that neutralized wastewater can directly be reused for ferment by regulating pH and sorption of active carbon.Doing this not only reduces environmental pollution but also saves water resources,which has the better environmental and economic benefits.
