摘要
为了获得具有较高超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性的物质 ,合成了铜 (Ⅱ )甘氨酸配合物[Cu(gly) 2 ]和铜 (Ⅱ )谷氨酸配合物 [Cuglu·H2 O];对模拟物进行了红外光谱检测和元素分析 ,初步确定了它的分子组成 ;用改进的核黄素光还原氯化硝基四氮唑蓝 (NBT)法测定了同一温度下不同浓度以及相同浓度不同温度下模拟物的活性 ,并与天然SOD的活性进行了比较。实验结果表明
In order to gain analogues of SOD which have higher SOD\|like activity, the copper(Ⅱ)\|glycine complex[Cu(gly)\-2]and copper(Ⅱ)\|glutamic acid complex [Cuglu·H\-2O]were synthesized. The molecular formula of analogues of SOD were determined by IR spectrum and elemental analysis. In water solution, the SOD like activity of both analogues of SOD and natural SOD in same temperature with differential concentration and in same concentration with differential temperature were measured by the modification of NBT\|illumination method. The experimental results showed that copper(Ⅱ)\|amino acid complex has distinct SOD\|like activity in water solution.
