摘要
随着造船和汽车工业的发展 ,人们对发动机的功率和转速指标要求越来越高 ,因而对轴瓦、衬套等耐磨零件的服役性能要求也越来越苛刻 ,因此必须寻找新的性能优良的耐磨材料和涂层技术以改善轴承材料的摩擦学性能、耐磨性能、承载能力及适应性 .利用国产设备 ,通过理论探索和实验研究 ,创造出一种微观结构优良的轴承材料 ,并获得了磁溅该材料的工艺参数 ,试制的涂层轴瓦材料性能已基本达到了美巴公司产品的性能指标 .关于通过磁控溅射镀膜技术获得的AlSn2 0镀膜的组织结构及性能的研究 ,为进一步开展新型轴承材料的研制奠定了基础 .
A new bearing material with good friction properties,wear resistance,and good load bearing capability and adaptability as well has been identified through theoretical exploration and experimental study,and process parameters have been established for coating this material by megnetron sputtering.The study on the microstructure and performance of the AlSn20 obtained by megnetron sputtering coating is describod in detail to facilitate further development of new bearing material.
