信息技术革命带来了社会对管理软件日益增多的需求 ,研制具有动态可重构能力的、快速适应业务活动变化与发展的管理软件系统开发平台已刻不容缓。运用面向对象方法、过程重组的基本思想进行管理软件系统开发平台的研制 ,将管理软件的分析、设计、实现和维护纳入一个集成化的架构中 ,实现有效的管理软件重组 ,通过建立可重组对象模型库动态管理系统 ,建立基于面向对象模型的管理软件系统开发平台的体系结构 。

The reconstructive model and the system structure of this unicenter is given by means of the Object\|oriented techniques.
