对麦滋林 S颗粒中的磺酸钠用分光光度法进行测定 .以水为溶剂 ,测定波长为 5 6 8nm ,该方法在 40～ 480 μg/ml范围呈良好的线性 ,相关系数为 0 9999,平均回收率为 99 46 % ,RSD为 1 0 9% ,测定结果与HPLC法一致 .方法简便、省时 ,结果准确 .

A spectrophotometry method for determination of sodium gualenate in Marzulene S at 568 nm was reported.They had a good linearity in the rang of 40～480 μg/ml,with r of 0 9999.The average recovery was 99 46% with RSD of 1.09%.Its result was comparable to that of HPLC method.This method is simple,fast,and accurate.
