从目前高等师范院校数学教学改革的现状和发展趋势出发 ,论述了 2 1世纪高师数学教师应具备的能力结构 .
The abilities structure that college mathematics teachers should possess in the new situation is repectively discussed from the present situation and the trend of the teaching reform of college mathematics in high normal.
