摘要
以荧光染料单体和二聚体平衡转化为基础 ,提出了以罗丹明 6G荧光染料为生物探针测定蛋白质的方法 .罗丹明 6G在十二烷基磺酸钠 (SDS)的存在下形成二聚体 ,蛋白质的定量加入可以调节这一平衡 ,据此拟定测定蛋白质的分析方法 ,该法线性范围宽 ,灵敏度高 ,反应速度快 ,正确度高 ,抗干扰能力强 。
Gived a novel method which Rhodamine 6G,a fluorescent dye was used as biological probe for the determination of protein.The method was based on the equilbrium shift between monomer and dimmer of fluorescent dyes.Rhodamine 6G was formed its dimmer in the presence of a cation surfactant.The equilibrium can be adjusted by the quantitation addition of protein.The significant features of the method were its high sensitivety and rapidity of reaction,wide range of linearity,high accuracy and selectivity.
