邓小平法制思想是马克思主义法制理论同中国革命和建设具体实践相结合的产物，经历了一个萌芽、形成和完善的过程。20世纪 40年代初到 70年代中期是其萌芽时期，于70年代后期到80年代初的改革开放初期形成，在80年代中期以后的社会主义现代化建设新时期趋于成熟完善。

Abstract :Deng Xiaoping's legal system thought is the product of the combination of Marxist legal system theory with the practice of Chinese revolution and construction. It has gone throug a process of embrgo from the 1940' s to the 1970's, formation during the initial period of the reform and the opening to the outside world, and the improvement after Mid 1980's.
