Abstract: As the second generation leading core, Comrade Deng, after the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee, analysized scientifically international situations and put froward, based on China national conditions, independent, initiative - in - our ?own - hand, peace diplomatic policies and thus realized the transfer to economic field. He designed feasible diplomatic policies and accordingly made remarkably contributions to contemporary diplomatic cause of China.
