CHEN Yun's Great Contribution to the Organization Construction of the CPCDuring the Anti-Japanese War

抗日战争时期，陈云担任中央书记处书记并兼任中共中央组织部部长，撰写了一大批党建理论文章，比较集中地论述了党的组织建设中的党员问题、干部问题、领导方法问题、基层组织建设问题和纪律问题，提出了许多重要的至今仍有指导意义的思想观点，丰富了马克思主义建党学说。

Abstract : During the Anti-Japanese War, Chen Yun was a secretary of the secretariat of the Party Central Committee and director of the Party Organization Ministry. He wrote many articles on the construction of the Communist Party, focusing mainly on problems such as the work of Party members, officials, the art of management, basic units of the Party construction and the dicipline of the Organization. Many of his important viewpoints were and remain the guide-line of the construction of the Party and have enriched the theory construct ion of Maxism tothe Partv.
