识鉴能力是编辑的基本修养。判断一个编辑是否称职的标准和尺度，就是看他是否能够对选题、作者、作品做出准确的识鉴。
Abstract : Apreciating ability is an editor's basic quality. The criterion which is used to judge an editor who is competent or not is whether he or she can appreciate the subject selection, authors and works exactly.
