摘要
研究使用显色剂4,5-二溴苯基萤光酮(DBPF)分光光度法测定锆,在吐温-20存在下,0.64mol.L-1的HCl介质中,Zr4+与DBPF形成1:4的橙红色配合物,最大吸收峰位于546nm处,摩尔吸光系数为1.92×105L.mol-1.cm-1,锆含量在0~8μg/25ml范围内符合比耳定律。方法灵敏,选择性好。
A highly sensitive method for the sepectrophotometric determination of Zr with 4.5- dibro-mophenylfuorone in the presence of Tween-20 has been developed. An orange-red complex is formed in 0.48-0. 72mol. L-1HC1 medium. Apparent molor absorptivity is 1.92×105L.mol-1. cm-1 at 546nm. The molar ratio of Zr to DBPF is 1:4. In the range of 0 to 8μg/25ml of Zr(IV) the absorption obeys Beer's law. This method has been applied to determine microamounts of Zr in non - ferrous alloys with satisfactory results.
