摘要
从现有网络的实际出发 ,论述了压缩编码图像传输中比特率控制的要求以及影响比特率的因素 。
From reality of networks now available,this paper discuss requirements for bit rate control and factors that affect bit rate in transmitting compressed encoded video,and puts forward some effective and possible way to control bit rate.
