摘要
本文介绍了不确定度的有关概念 ,并结合分光计测棱镜折射率的例子 ,进行了具体分析 ,给出了测量不确定度的最终评定。
This paperintroduces the relevant comcepts of uncertainty and by analyzing the example of measuring index of refraction of prism with spectrometer,the evaluation of uncertainty in measurement is given.
