高师心理学教学目标的反思与重建

Review and reconstruction of teaching target of psychology at teachers' colleges

从理论和实践两种角度反思高师心理学教学目标 ,存在着偏重陈述性知识、机械训练和社会要求 ,忽视策略性知识、创造性培养和个人需要等弊端 ,必须重建心理学教学目标框架 ,突出策略性知识目标、创业素质形成目标和创造能力培养目标 ,这样才能适应创业教育的要求 。

To review teaching target of philosophy at teachers' colleges in both theory and practice,I state the drawbacks such as paying too much attention to descriptive knowledge,mechanic training and social requests,but ignoring strategical knowledge,innovative training and individual requests.So it is necessary to reconstruct the scaffold of teaching target of psychology at teachers' college,to pay more attention to strategical knowledge target,career qualification target and innovative ability target.And then we can meet the needs of career education and establish the deserved value and position of psychology.
