摘要
研究了平香菇栽培方式和生长条件 .试验证明 ,平香菇属中低温型菇 ,菌丝生长最适温度为 2 4℃ ,子实体生长最适温度为 2 0℃左右 ;用以木屑为主的栽培料进行瓶栽或袋栽 ,生物转化率为 1 1 2 % .平香菇风味介于平菇和香菇之间 ,可在北方地区进行人工大面积栽培 。
Cultivation and living conditions of hybrid species of Pleurotus sapidus and Lentinus edodes was studied.The results showed that the hybrid species belongs to the medial low temperature mushroom,and its rate of biological transformation is 112%.The most suitable temperature for hypha growth is 24?℃ and that for fruitbody growth is about 20?℃.It tastes beween P.sapidus and L.edodes .It is fit for being cultivated in large scare.But its genentic identities are not stable.
