推行职业安全卫生管理体系的几点思考

随着生产力的发展 ,职业安全卫生问题的不断突出 ,人们在寻求有效的职业安全卫生管理方面 ,期待有一个系统的、标准的、结构化的管理模式。同时 ,在国际、国内经济贸易活动中 ,企业的活动、产品和服务中所涉及的职业安全卫生问题受到普遍关注。尤其是我国职业安全卫生问题更加突出 ,重特大事故频繁发生 ,国家财产和劳动者的身体健康受到极大威胁。因此 ,推行职业安全卫生管理体系势在必行 。

With the development of productive forces, the problems of occupational health and safety have been increasing. People are trying to find a systematic, standard, constructive management model in occupational health and safety management. In addition, occupational health and safety involved in anagement, products and service of enterprise in domestic and international trade are being paid close attention to. Particularly in China, the problems of occupational health and safety become more and more apparent. Tremendous accidents have occurred frequently. Public property and the health and safety of workers are seriously threatened. Therefore, it is urgent task for us to carry out OHSAS.
