摘要
内循环连续式过滤器是一种新型的一体化水处理设备 .利用微絮凝过滤技术 ,采用体内循环洗砂系统 ,连续过滤 ,连续反冲洗 .对影响内循环连续式过滤器工作效率的滤池工作参数进行研究 ,提出设备运行的关键工作参数 :滤料粒径 0 .70~ 1.0 0mm、滤层厚度 0 .6m ,滤速 <12m /h ,提砂管内气水比 9~ 11,砂循环速率 2~ 4mm /min .
Internal recycling continuous sand filter, a new integral water treatment facility, is a sand-washing circulation system based on the theory of micro-flocculation. The continuous filtration process is just an integration of filtration and backwash. The process parameters having effect on the working efficiency of the new filter were discussed in terms of the size of filter material (0.7-1.0 mm), the thickness of filter bed (0.6 m), the filtering velocity (<12 m/h), the ratio of gas to water (9-11) and the sand recycling velocity (2-4 mm/min).
