摘要
以两种不同膜组件形式的浸没式膜生物反应器 (SMBR)处理蛋白废水 ;稳定运行时 ,二者COD的去除率均可达到 95 %左右 ,TN的去除率在 45 %以上 ,浊度的去除率可达到 98% .研究结果表明 :B种膜组件形式能有效防止端头污染 ,在一定程度上减缓膜水通量的衰减 ,而且对废水COD、TN的去除效果以及能耗方面与A种膜组件形式相差无几 ;同时 。
When the system was stable ,the removal of COD was about 95%, the removal of TN was above 45% and the removal of turbidity was about98%.Research results suggested that the kind of B membrane module form could prevent end pollution effectively and lighten the attenuation of membrane flux to some extent . Furthermore, the kind of B membrane module form had almost the same COD removal rate , TN removal rate and power consumption as the kind of A membrane module form. At the same time , B was slightly better than A on the effect of TP removal.
