摘要
从硬件上将模糊控制和脉宽调制相结合 ,解决了压缩机须断电延时难题 .设计了具有交流变频技术的家用电冰箱模糊控制器硬件 .软件上首次实现电冰箱预制冷模糊建模 ,给出了模糊建模流程图 ;建立了3个预制冷模糊规则库 ,规则库具有模糊控制规则少、编程方便、执行速度快、智能化程度高等优点 .每天冰箱能预制冷最多 4次 ,且根据流程图 。
The switching off of a compressor just for a delay has been eliminated by combining fuzzy control with pulse width modulation via hardware. Fuzzy control hardwares have been designed using AC frequency conversion technology for household refrigerators. Fuzzy model of pre refrigeration is built by software for the fuzzy controller of household refrigerator for the first time and fuzzy modeling flowchart of and three bases of well performed fuzzy rules are established. The advantages include fewer rules? convenient programming?faster execution rate and strong maneuverability. Refrigerators can perform at most four pre refrigerations. And the number and duration of pre refrigerations are variable according to flowchart.
