摘要
本文定义了一些描述蒸汽疏水阀特性的物理量,并在分析热动力式疏水阀动作过程中引入这些物理量,提出了描述蒸汽漏泄的数学模型,进而导出了漏汽量的计算公式。根据该式对影响漏汽率的运行因素作了理论分析和实验验证,结果表明,理论和实验的结论是一致的。文末提出了减少热动力式疏水阀漏汽量的基本要求和一些可以采取的措施。
Some physical characteristics for describing the capacities of steam trap are defined in the present paper. Based on the analysis of the operating principle of disc steam trap, and the introduction of the physical characteristics, a mathematical model used to describe the steam leakage in steam trap is put forward. Then a formula used to calculate the amount of steam leakage is offered. The operating factors affecting the amount of steam leakage are theoretically investigated and verified. The experimental results are fully in agreement with the theoretical results. Based on these results, the authors put forward some basic claims and methods which are used to reduce the amount of steam leakage in the disc steam trap.
