摘要 本文应用流体力学基本原理给出了高压水射流冲击压力的基本关系式,进行了实验验证,得出了冲击压力随靶距、泵压的变化曲线。 The present paper looks briefly at the experimental research on impact pressure characteristics conducted in the high-pressure waterjet cutting device.A general pressure equation is obtained and the relationship between the impact pressure and the stand-off and pump pressure is described. It is shown that an increase in stand-off will. cause a decrease in the impact pressure which increases linearly with the pump pressure. The impact pressure suffers a pressure head loss due to ihe waterjet system. Moreover, the experimental results-in which the impact pressure characteristics can be improved by the smaller stand-off are fully in agreement with the data of the analysis of the concentration on the waterjet flow.
