The safety of the water resource economy has the direct effect on the safety of the countrys economy .The safety of water resource economy refers to the fact that the water resources of a country will not be extremely wrecked in time and quality because of the evolution of a given factor.Now the safety of water resource economy in China is facing a severe test and ,therefore,we should take effective measures of pretection so as to keep the sustainable and healthy development of the economy and to guarantee the proper daily life of the people.
