关于西部公共工程建设中引入民间资金的探讨

On the Introduction of Private Fund into Public Engineering Construction in the West

我国西部地区公共工程基础薄弱 ,发展长期滞后 ,已成为制约其经济进一步发展的“瓶颈”,严重地阻碍了我国西部大开发的进程和该地区的经济发展。如何解决西部公共工程建设中的资金短缺便成了当务之急。本文着眼于此 ,认为在西部公共工程建设中引入民间资本是解决其资金短缺的有效途径之一。

The public construction in China's west has been weak and backward. It has become a bottleneck to the economic development in this region and seriously impeded the development launched by the central government. Therefore, it is an urgent task for the west to tackle the problem of fund shortage. In view of this, the author holds that the introduction of private fund is one of the effective means.
