摘要
本文主要讨论了阻碍我国中小企业技术创新与营销进行联结的因素 ,由此提出从制度创新、企业组织的完善、加强企业文化建设、提高管理人员素质等方面 ,强化我国中小企业技术创新与营销联结管理。
Factors blocking the combination of technical innovation and marketing in the intermediate and small enterprises in China are discussed and measures of system innovation, organizational perfection, cultural reinforcement, and staff quality improvement are suggested in order to reinforce the joint management of the technical innovation and marketing.
