In the knowledge economy age based on continual innovation,intellectuals are playing leading role in the development of society and economy.Therefore,its essential to exert these intellec tuals unique potentials,which,in terms of society,requires its great effort,in three aspects:1.believing firmly in their standpoints;2.granting them much freedom to work;3.being concerned about their lives.
